Shipping Costs We offer FREE shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required. All orders include tracked shipping so you can follow your package every step of the way. Shipping times vary by destination.

Customs, Duties & TaxesOrders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs fees. U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at opalinebeauty@opalinebeauty.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Opaline Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at opalinebeauty@opalinebeauty.ca — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
