Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Opaline Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at opalinebeauty@opalinebeauty.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Opaline Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at opalinebeauty@opalinebeauty.ca — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
